Looking for flow? These trails are built for mountain bikers by mountain bikers! You’ll find incredibly fast, flowy trails that are accommodating to most skill levels at Brumley Forest. The climbs are smooth, consistent, and easy but the descents are fast and thrilling!
Savor the sunrise as you leisurely stroll through charming downtown. While walking, treat yourself to a fresh brewed cup of coffee and scone from Open Eye Coffee, a local favorite.
Savor the sights and sounds of nature as you listen to the water flow and the trees sway at Bolin Creek Trail. Bolin Creek is home to many animals, bike routes, and beautiful trails along the water. Discover the remains of the Castleberry-Taylor Mill dating from November 1, 1763.
Maple View Farm is a local favorite. The Nutter family has farmed the land for five generations, and they sell their dairy products, including homemade ice cream, out of their local Country Store & Ice Cream Shop. From Carrboro, the farm is a 6.5 mile ride on old country roads. When you arrive, enjoy an ice cream cone on the front porch as you rock on the rocking chairs and take-in a glorious sunset. It’s a real treat.
